Contrarian take - isn't this roughly the equivalent of wallet dust? Sure dust is more traceable, but it's no more practical to use. Small amounts of wei for instance are "lost" all the time (forgotten wallets, too expensive to move, etc)

am actually hoping to launch a miniproject soon to help address this. loosely interrelated - have you seen how Glow wallet handles junk coins being dropped to you without your request? (Pretty cool - you can burn them for a smol $SOL bounty - you get clean wallet + $SOL, Glow gets intel - win win :))
