Neynar has been a clown show the past week, my commenting tool takes 3 hours to show up after I casted the comment via api

I'd be careful pointing fingers at Neynar in this case. Yes, the data delivery is out of our control, but it is not because they provide poor service. We chose a quick-win integration with a full sync from a database rather than doing an incremental sync which would have taken longer.

Big +1 -- Neynar and the team are fantastic and the amount they've built (and now support) with a small team is kinda insane Plus, there's nothing easy about data syncs 😅, especially if it's not a core product

That doesn't take away that for my use case it was terrible that week, it's still a service I'm paying for, if it takes 3 hours for the comment to appear that's sub par service and I can complain about that. I don't have to worry about the company their team size, that's their responsibility.
