In 2014, I didn't have much money, so I visited all the real estate agencies to see what I could afford. I came across squatted, uninhabitable houses and eventually bought a tiny house that had practically nothing—just four walls and a roof. I had to completely renovate it, tearing everything down to rebuild from scratch. I spent countless hours there, dedicating all my weekends and days off. I wanted to create a home for my family, and it took me 10 years to achieve that, but I did it. Keep building and never give up on your goals. Just build

We took out a first loan to buy the house and a second one to pay off the first because the rates were lower. All I can tell you is that I still have a loan for this house for 15 years 😅 Say hello to Jungle, my dog!
