Which country has the best cuisine in the world?

I read an amazing cookbook talking about why Italian food was so good, but essentially because of the mountains they had different perfect climates either side, one perfect for olive trees and veggies and stuff, and the other side perfect for pastures and livestock 

So they just all created amazing food!

It was so amazing when I learned that and it's so cool you get to LIVE it!

We are so little but we have all sorts of bioclimates here.

And that basically let us grow a huge variety of food, but what I really love about Italian cuisine is semplicity.
