as with any established community, there are both spoken and unspoken rules that this channel will be able instruct new people on - steering away from just QCing stats trackers, asking for tips, or OTT replying

Add relevant context when you quote cast. It makes a huge difference. 

Stats frames and moxie earn spam are hidden rather quickly when I see them in /starfire and /appreciation.
