seems like the only reason is to shift and control the narrative and the distribution, but ofc there’s a chance I’m missing something

what i'm suggesting with $nouns is to enable a canonical way to fractionalize existing nouns. $nogs is an entirely different token & token supply

anyone is totally free to launch their own token ($nogs, $higher, $lint, etc) but there shouldn't be some sort of expectation that it becomes nouns' main fungible token

would holders of $nouns be able to use their $nouns in Nouns governance?
