Not had any in 3 years now I think. I went in HARD, spent 2 years doing it every 2 weeks, sitting, meditating on it, journalling, revisiting old brain stuff. Completely changed my life. It was also how I learned how to use crypto 😜

Hahah yup. I’ve seen that happen many a times to loved ones. Love Alan and Ram for this. They were great explorers of the soul.
