Nope lol got a stationary bike, kettlebells, and resistance bands in my basement, get down there at 530 AM 3 days a week because that’s about all I can consistently do

Ya boss it ain’t easy, I’m lucky if I get 3 workouts in tbh lol before kids I would go to the gym after work but I struggled, waking up earlier in the morning I found is easier for me than going after work
