I think @ethstaker has some great guides. I picked up a @dappnode which is essentially plug n play but might not be the most cost effective if you aren’t planning to stake. Would also check out @stakesaurus community

I'd just set up a Rocketpool stack.

Then it's very easy to start a validator later, if one wants to take the next step.

Their guides and software is superb!
