On his usual morning commute, he found himself standing on a crowded train, holding onto the overhead rail. As the train rattled along, he noticed an older man struggling to keep his balance. Without a second thought, he offered his seat to the man, who gratefully accepted with a nod and a smile.

As he continued his ride standing, a few other passengers smiled at him, acknowledging his simple act of kindness. When he finally arrived at his stop, he stepped off the train feeling a little lighter, knowing he had made someone’s morning just a bit easier.
