a lot of people reached out to me about this. the main point here is the psychology gap. Ai is not just another wave (i know everyone here knows that) but go talk to your friends, family and more important middle america that do the 9-5 across a slew of dead end desk jobs. They dont 'actively' use this tech and the gap is growing between regular v. aided intelligence. interesting ratio to think through is afraid:excited whereas the UAE is going all Tiger Global 2021-22 on us with the write check ask questions later.

Had the time to go through everything in this report. Some notes below: 1a. Actuation is the Bottleneck - China leads this stack but linear actuation and hybrid designers are growing. While the scaling limit appears to be cognition for some (i still lean data as there are some very large hurdles for 'real world' deployment), the reality is that the ability to build these smart clankers are not on US soil. 1b. The stat that stood out to me was '90% of Unitrees suppliers are within hours of Hangzhou, and as i touched upon it before this means China's actuators ecosystem can just interate faster and recover from supply shocks more quickly. The tight clustering is a compound advantage no Western startup has today. SO THERE IS A BIG OPPORTUNITY FOR US YANKS to support and enable the US focused companies of today/tomorrow. 2. When it comes to sensors, the edge is in software fusion and control latency. Teleops with ultra low latency networks allow for labor arbitrage. Where im still thinking through is...

Behavioral modeling going mainstream. Imo the most aggressive adoption curve will be defense, intelligence and geopolitical modeling. How crypto comes in is a bit uncharted...but imagine ai populations used to simulate insurency behavior, electoral swing reactions or national infra stress tests. think a lot of people are also overlooking space (and no not spacecoin that shit is uh... yea). its becoming mission critical survellance. Just like the Integrated Submarine Imaging System, the frontier (thanks trump for SpaceForce) is the new battlefield for all nations.

the bottleneck in health ai isnt compute or models. it is data. the datasets we need (longitudinal, biomarker rich, high quality human) either dont exist or are fragmented across xyz companies. the enhanced games with a sprinkle of crypto flips the setup. it starts from a place of permission, competition and measurable output. the hunger games sure, but with wearables, diagnostics, and wagers.
