Jeddah is an important city of Saudi Arabia located on the shores of the Red Sea. It is close to Makkah and is considered the commercial and economic center of Saudi Arabia. Jeddah is also known as the "Chapter of Mecca" because the city is the main route for pilgrims to Mecca. Notable features here include Korneesh (coastline), Al-Rahma Mosque and Jeddah's historic area (Bulda). Jeddah is the largest port city in Saudi Arabia and the Jeddah Festival here is also world famous. Follow @showan
