WAOOOO ! 🔵 💙  Wrapping up the first-ever @base community meetup in Switzerland 🇨🇭 ... It was a blast !

Some highlights:

✅  Not only did a few base / @farcaster OGs like @tinyrainboot and @lucjodet come all the way down to Geneva from Zug or London, but also flew in people from Czech Republic, Spain or Italy!
✅  Excited to see based /gen-art artists such as @rvigart.eth be there too
✅ 30 poaps minted on @base thanks to @cardno.eth & @gabo - it could've been way more but people were too busy connecting !
✅ 10+ people on the waitlist gate-crashing in order to ABSOLUTELY join the event that was the hottest 🔥  one in the city today 

Geneva is SO based, founders & enthousiastic be like "Wen the next one? Sign me up now!"

Next up: Zurich, Zug, Yverdon, Neuchâtel, I've already found based people willing to help locally!

Thank you @jessepollak and @statuette : Switzerland is now an active base contributor (we had no doubt but hey, there's nothing better than a get-together to confirm it!)

1- some people minted on gnosis without willing to do so (supposed to be on base), how come?

2- the dashboard shows 30 Poaps minted (see image) but yours shows 17, how come too?

Regarding Gnosis - 

In all cases, POAPs are "born" on Gnosis before migrating to the destination network (in this case, Base). This is so that the seriality of the token ID is maintained. 

There is an edge case that we still haven't covered (minting POAPs from an email reservation) that needs to be taken care of before this goes to GA. 

Regarding the 30 POAPs minted... we're investigating.
