James Cagney was born in 1899 in New York City, America, and was able to leave good roles in Hollywood in his 6 decades of artistic activity. Cagney first worked in restaurants and pool halls until he decided to enter the film industry after the end of World War I. He was able to be praised by critics and become famous among cinema people by playing a role in the movie Enemy of the People.
