Asset management company Bitwise (Bitwise) has submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a cash-exchange-traded fund (ETF) called the Bitcoin Standard Enterprise Fund (BTC). This ETF invests in companies that have at least 1,000 bitcoins in their coffers, are valued at more than $1 million, and have a daily liquidity of at least $1 million.
