An emotional moment for me 🥲 For the past 3+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working with the incredible team of @yup, shaping Yup’s vision of bringing more value, utility, and better UX to Web3 social (and web3 overall) has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. While I won’t continue with Yup in their future with @thirdweb, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come. The passion and dedication of @nir, @vern and the team made every challenge worth it. Asking us is not the right crowd. Most here came for the money. But the real question is how we bring the ones who are outside, the normies, and how do we make them leave what they have and switch to web3 solutions? That will be more products that do not revolve around money. If TikTok had actually been closed and a new TikTok/Vine product had been built on a decentralized chain on the same day, we would have seen a massive move to web3.

PMF was found a while back. there is a bigger problem with the crypto market as a whole. the majority are degens who love defi and X too much, it acts as a blocker from allowing a wider audience to join crypto social.

For decentralized tech to really take off, it's not just about making them more powerful. We need to ensure that everyday users feel comfortable and trust these systems. If Web3 is going to be inclusive and inviting for novices, we must prioritize this from the start.

Let's discuss this: Apple has made too many "mistakes" over the past few years. How does a "pro" OS/app allow a main navigation item to be fixed on the right side of the screen with no option to change its location? Most SaaS applications, including Arc Browser, feature right-side navigation. If I want to use Apple's Stage Manager, I can't do so without feeling frustrated enough to the point I want to break my Mac.
