Week of July 15th, 2024:

1/ Accelerating Urban Transformations and Upgrades: We discussed the need for more climate-focused fintech solutions to address the massive financing required for renewable energy and other green infrastructure projects.

2/ Clean Energy Token Incentives: This idea emerged from the discussion on how on chain incentives could be used to promote clean energy investments for private citizens, such as attaching tokens to solar panels that users can earn, potentially making it easier to motivate people towards sustainable energy solutions compared to traditional carbon credits.

3/ Forking for Forever Attribution: Web3 economic models could revolutionize content creation by allowing creators to "fork" and modify existing works while ensuring perpetual compensation for all contributors in the content's history, potentially transforming how we value and reward creativity.

Love this. We manage the largest platform of User Generated Shortcut Listings and many of our devs have requested a mechanism for forking. The challenge has been a proper model.
