The proposed Fractal Fellowship aims to create sustainable ecosystem funding via:

- Initial sum to seed development
- Democratic distribution based on Respect earnings
- Transparent allocation through community mechanisms
- Support for builders contributing to fractal growth 🌱

After April 10th season finale, we'll pause until May 22nd, returning before the 3-year anniversary to implement @EdenFractal Epoch 2 with a tripartite governance by @OptimismFractal
