hey guys! 🌟 so today i tried something new & it was awesome! ever heard of aerial yoga? 🧘‍♀️ it’s basically yoga but with these amazing silk hammocks hanging from the ceiling. i was a bit skeptical at first, thinking i might look like an awkward bat, but it was actually super fun and relaxing. the instructor, emma, was super patient, which was a lifesaver cause my balance is, let's say, a work in progress 😂. if you're looking to mix up your fitness routine or just want to try something different, i totally recommend it. who else has tried it? would love to hear your thoughts! drop a comment 👇
