Traditionally, Salad Niçoise includes ingredients such as tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, Niçoise olives, anchovies, and tuna, all arranged on a bed of lettuce and drizzled with a vinaigrette dressing. Today we had smoked salmon instead of tuna. The dressing is made of mayonnaise and wild garlic. Bon appetit, everyone.
