GM Tips and tricks about protein poweder/shake? I want to supplement nutrition for weight loss and keep it long term in the diet, so I would appreciate some feeback based on YOUR OWN practice: - what type - what combos (water, milk, pancackes, etc) - what time of day - how much - replace meal Y/N etc ty ππΌπ

I don't think there's a "one fits all" solution for this type of thing, you have to try and see what works for you. That said, what works for me is to focus on increasing my protein intake, be consistent with my workouts and most importantly, keep hydrated. Obvs, seek professional advice whenever possible.

ty ππΌπ Clearly, tailored professional advice is the best. I was just looking for some experience sharing like "I tried this type and it wasn't for me because A+B", "I replaced a meal with protein+milk/water", "I didn't like this or that because X and Y"
