I removed/will remove memberships anyone who shared any giveaway or raffle cast from another channel and any giveaway frame on /replyke channel. 

If you are participating in a giveaway, either share it without a channel or only on that channel.

This is the right step.
I think this rule should be in every channel.
I also think that we need a few clear rules that apply everywhere. These many differences are not user-friendly and are frustrating. 
I will continue to limit myself to a few channels because otherwise I will lose the overview. But that's a shame because this platform shouldn't reduce/minimize my interests but rather promote and expand them.
