The current status of SW buildings is that there is more supply than demand thus usage rates are low. To tackle this, would you approach this with direct gameplay changes (harder gauntlets was one) or indirect (like growing player base) or combination of both? And have you guys built models to predict the usage rates?

Okay so it's more about short term perception, gains, at the expense of a longer term strategy. not a Ponzi per se. just a philosophy. A ponzi is purely rooted on Robbing Peter to Pay Paul, house of unsustainable fake value.

Yes! thanks for this question, we've essentially put off open sourcing a lot of our work because it's been in rapid-dev, would've been too much thrash for 3rd parties & delayed new PN features. To start we're creating an auto-updating public repo with contracts + tests to make it easier to see how the game is built

Speaking of wolfgame. What sort of higher stakes (if any) true loss will you all consider working into PirateNation? The concept of pirates is they steal and plunder from others. interested in how you all are thinking about this especially from a social aspect.

A ponzi is only a ponzi if there isn't actual value at the core of the offering, otherwise some of it is gamified marketing. How do you all differentiate between the two? There has sometimes been sentiment that the team could capitalize on shifting narratives a bit more.
