What is something that you learned as an adult that you wish you had understood when you were a child?

For me it’s that it’s a ok to say no. If you don’t feel like doing something then it’s ok to just politely say no. You don’t have to go along with the crowd. You can forge your own path and people will still like you even if you don’t share all the same interests and do all the same things as them.

Hello @jenson for me /teach How important it is to manage money. Understanding how to save, budget, and not overspend would have help avoid a lot of stress later in life. Learning about money earlier makes it easier to feel in control of your finances as an adult.

I agree, I don't think there's enough focus on practical applications of money in school. We teach more advanced mathematics but don't teach basics like how banks and loans etc. work.
