I've been banned from Walmart, so I'm back in the garden! š This workout is low impact but packed with energy! Today's WarpCast routine has NO jumping or squats, but you'll definitely feel the burn! š„ Low Impact Cardio š„ 1. High knee step backs 2. Modified push-ups 3. Mountain marches 4. Side steps with arm raises 5. Straight arm circles Do each exercise for 30 seconds, repeat for 2 to 3 rounds, and take a 2-minute break in between!
