I like the term web3 better than onchain.

The latter needlessly imposes the literal act of building onchain.

web3 is broad, abstract and is a philosophy. It is good enough to adopt without needlessly imposing on yourself how you are going to implement your product.

Please refrain from using onchain at least in your apps/accelerators/programs. 

It is setting us back by unnecessarily focusing on the onchain aspect of your product where instead you need to be focused on solving product market fit, not where it is implemented. 

No normal user is going to be excited about your product just because it is onchain. But they will be plenty excited if it is solving a problem for them.
