Because I don't have a bed in my office, my productivity has skyrocketed

treat yourself to pleasures after you do your job, that way you stay motivated to do it asap so you can get to the pleasant part

eg i wanna play a game but have other responsibilities on me

The classic checklist OR actually schedule in large sums of time for your projects. Don't overestimate yourself timewise because it's best to have left over time than not enough. Be practical💁
