In Nigeria, if you kill a bandit/kidnapper in self defense or to protect your loved ones & property, you're guilty of a cardinal offence and will be punished with death. If a bandit, kidnapper or terrorists wiped out an entire village, he'll be pardoned and forgiven by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
