"Khao Sui" is a popular northern Thai dish, a coconut milk soup served with wheat and meat noodles and stir-fried noodles. Cao Sui is a spicy food with spices such as fennel, cinnamon and cardamom. Khao Sui is very abundant in the Chiang Mai region of Thailand, but it will be less common in other parts of Thailand.
