Great question. When Iām feeling under the weather, I make sure to rest as much as possible, stay hydrated, and drink warm ginger tea with honey it works wonders for a sore throat and boosts immunity. A good bowl of homemade chicken soup also helps me recover faster. What about you? Do you have a go-to remedy or ritual that always works for you?
