I am neither a lark nor an owl - I am something in between. I can get up very early and lie down very late, I can sleep during the day, then fall asleep at night, I can sleep until five in the evening or sleep for a whole day, and I can stay awake all day long and then quickly go to sleep. I'm a cat person.
