If you're frustrated about the current state of UX in crypto… Just remember, we had terrible role models growing up: Governments don’t talk to each other. Hospitals don’t talk internally. Universities are a maze. Customer support is broken. Insurance paperwork hell. Subscribing vs canceling. Apartment hunting. We inherited the dysfunction. But we don’t have to copy it. Be a better role model. Build better. Make users feel seen, not stuck.
