I’ve made a “Buche de Noel” a classic Christmas Yule log cake. The cake is a chocolate sponge cake, rolled with vanilla cream, frosted with a chocolate ganache & bedazzled with sugar coated red currants and rosemary to resemble frost. lastly I’ve dusted the cake with icing sugar.
