Genuinely surprised a simple, soulbound ERC hasn't emerged on Ethereum by now. Anyone aware of someone working on one?

We had a convo with William Entriken (Lead author on erc-721) on this, a lot of the functionality of an SBT is already found in the 721 and so far some standards for it have showed up but haven’t gotten traction. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlePJziAY6Y&t=518s&ab_channel=WilliamEntriken
