my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

Great improvement proposals! I like skin in the game, active Degens, thoughtful tippers & behavior connected to personal rewards (especially as you can also tip good apps or @tipothehat). Point 3 would be a bit too harsh for me but I'd agree if you only tip on 50% of the days, you shouldn't get 100% tips.

Mastering Incentives. Interested in growth, products, football, sports, outdoors, biohacking, tokens (invest, design, incentives, value accrual)

1. could be improved with a log scale &or max allocation (seems ok today) and including additional boosts for activity in the degen ecosystem
2. could be improved with an 80/20 distribution (not so much to staker)

numbers can be changed around, was more the concept that i wanted to bring over with an easy example
