Similar vibes… “Raya and the Last Dragon” has a terrible message. Namaari abused Raya the entire movie. Sisu consistently told Raya to forgive Namaari without any remorse from Namaari. Namaari was never “redeemed”; her final decision to relinquish her gem piece is only because there is literally no other option.
