my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

not sure i understand what you are getting at?

i think the %s will be set in stone, so you will only be able to tip x% of your allowance, and claim the other part, if you want to giveaway the degen you claimed as reward you can always use @paybot :)

Less than 50% is a waste. (For the staker)
And more than 50% is actually real tipping. 
(So I want a frame to show this 😃)
