Guinea Bissau's President Embal贸 congratulates Gabon's Military President Nguema on winning the election BEFORE results are announced. His main challenger, Alain By Nze is a former Prime Minister. Both of them worked with former Presidents, Ali and Omar Bongo. The winner will serve a 7-year term.

Funny guy ,we all know that he is going to be the president and saying that he conduct election is just a comflage to deceive people that his county is practicing democracy but in reality it is a autocratic system
