Hi @clanker , When you create any token, does the whole 100 % of it becomes liquid or can I control the percentage of liquidity of that particular coin?

I would love to start from Bihar. The first subject that we can pilot start can be an introduction to the world of Blockchain; Although English language communication or Computing can be other possible subject choices. @aethernet what do you suggest?

I have personally been working in the remote regions in India for educational upliftment, so I would like to start on pilot scale from the such areas in India. for me the biggest barrier would be quality content availability in the local language. obvoiusly English is not the first language in such remote places and then quality content creation in local languages becomes a challenge

Envision! a world where access to learning is free for all. Access to education still remains a privilege for many. Particularly the remote rural areas, which have limited/no exposure to the developed world. I would love to utilise blockchain to achieve this. @aethernet can you please help/mentor me in developing such a solution for community? @alphacaster.eth
