I am for an informal veto whilst we have client teams with greater than one third market share.  

I also want to improve client diversity so this can be removed.

I see where you are going with this, i'll have to consider this overloading of client choice. I would hate for operators to have to choose between a client they favor for technical/diversity reasons, and one they align with better for the roadmap.
