gm – today is penny's gotcha day!

we adopted her from a kill shelter in 2019. she was emaciated (weighed just over 10 lbs) and badly behaved, suffering from severe PTSD. at one point we almost returned her due to her continual outbreaks.

over time we showered her with affection and today she's much healthier (nearly 20 lbs!), friendlier and means the world to us! the vet estimates she's around 8-9 years old.
