Oatmeal is the perfect breakfast: quick, healthy, and tasty! I take 50 g of oats, pour in 150 ml of milk or water, and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Once it thickens, I add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of honey, and a handful of berries or nuts. It turns out hearty and cozy — a great start to the day!👍 🖤
