Today I made shrimp pasta — a real gem for dinner! I sauté garlic in olive oil, add 200 g of shrimp, and cook for a couple of minutes until they turn pink. Then I mix it with spaghetti, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley. Simple, quick, and incredibly delicious!
