at the end of his /farcon-nyc talk @fredwilson.eth mentioned that USV and his partner Brad have been looking for 15+ years to invest in a company that builds a personal, self-sovereign data store — and I froze when I heard that because funny enough that’s the exact idea/area of interest that got me into crypto in high school
