right now i’d say anything sub 10M would be considered a low cap memer but this will change as liquidity enters base 

more likely than not, most of top 10 base coins today will be there in march so take that how you will

it’s likely that there are 1-2 clanker runners left that will defy gravity but those will likely come out of non-fc people & groups (this is good) 

the rest, if good, go to 3m without whales and 10m with, but they don’t get much larger beyond that 

then there’s probably a runner on one of the newer pump clones somewhere, plus a few bull run tings that will appear 

but overall, the highest return tokens this cycle are already deployed
