Tried a ballet class. A humbling experience. Like when I thought I would take an advanced ashtanga class on my active rest day to “chill and stretch”. 

Ballet felt cooler than yoga, though. Elite soundtrack. Mathematical sorcery of limbs, esoteric precision. Primordial elegance. The body knows truths the mind can’t fathom.
