PEPE Whale Offloads 396 Billion Tokens🐳
On August 9, 2024, Lookonchain, an on-chain analytics firm, shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) that caught the crypto community's attention. The post revealed that a PEPE whale recently deposited a substantial 395.92 billion tokens, worth $3.4 million, on Binance.
Despite this significant token sale, the whale managed to profit more than $5.06 million, achieving nearly a 200% return on investment. This latest sale left the whale with zero PEPE holdings. Earlier this year, on March 1, 2024, the whale withdrew nearly 795.92 billion PEPE tokens, worth $2.55 million, from Binance. The whale later sold 400 billion PEPE for $4.22 million on August 1, 2024, and the remaining 395.92 billion tokens today for $3.4 million.
During the whale's previous token sale, PEPE's price dropped by over 16%. Although this time the price reaction has been minimal, a slight dip may still occur, based on historical patterns.
