It depicts King Pakal, the last ruler of the ancient Mayan civilization, controlling an upward-facing device with flames and smoke behind it. In the center is a man sitting and leaning forward. He has a mask on his face, uses his two hands to manipulate some controls, and his left heel rests on some kind of pedal with various settings. He is sitting on a twisted chair and outside this frame, a little flame like exhaust can be seen.
