let's begin with BTC price action analysis 
In daily time frame its consolidating just above the strong support , it may   entered in accumulation phase or as we can see 20 Ema crossed below 50 Ema and now it preparing to cross below 100 Ema and for more confirmation if we see RSI its making head&shoulder pattern indicating that it may continue downward , i mean theres still bearish strength.

If we see 4hr time frame its making a double top at the bottom indicating that it may continue downward.  
Overall theres bearish strength...
