Layer, a decentralized development tools provider, has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by 1kx, with participation from Fabric Ventures, Arrington Capital, and IOBC. Angel investors include EigenLayer's Sreeram Kannan and former BlackRock employee Paul Taylor, with Layer leveraging WebAssembly to enable developers to build full-stack blockchain applications on Ethereum.
